About Tomi Polytechnic College

Tomi Polytechnic College was established in the year 2006 and affiliated to Directorate of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Approved  by AICTE F-No. 750 – 70-001/E/ET/2006/1728-1731, New Delhi. It is a joint venture of Mr. T. Migo Basar, Chairman, Tomi Society, Leppa Rada District and Supported by Sun, Surya & Udaya Group of Polytechnic & Engineering Colleges, Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu. Tomi Society is dedicated and committed to the fulfillment of its ambitious objectives outlined below.

1. To empower youths of both gender through technical and entrepreneurial training to contribute to the socio-economical development of the nation.
2. To commit itself to quality and excellence in Engineering and Technological Professionalism

Location

The College is situated in Basar on the Likabali – Along Highway; it is 98 km from Likabali and about 51 km from Along 110 km from Daporijo.

Campus and Climate

The College is spread over and area of 22 acres of land. The lush green forests the beautiful valley and the blushing landscape enhance the panoramic view. We have permanent buildings with a total built up area of 5000 sqm. The climate here is remarkably pleasant.
